  The music was awesome . The dinner we paid top dollar for was awful . When you pay 20 or 25 dollars a plate you expect the food to be piping hot and delicious. This food was cold like it had been sitting out for a long time . It was 6 of us and we couldn’t eat it . This was Thursday night Nov. 21, 2021 We are on a budget and have to make our money count . I complained to the waitress . All she would say was she was sorry Regards Nancy smith

  We bought the VIP dinner and drama package. When we picked up our tickets , there was no effort to explain the VIP package benefits. We have been here numerous times over the last 35 years but we have never ate here. A picture that was posted that was suppose to represent the meal you would get is nowhere close to what we got. I have included a picture of the meal we received. In a town where the are restaurants around every corner, they should be ashamed to serve this low quality food for $15 per plate. The drama was fantastic as always and we will be back to see it again, but we will not waste our money for the dinner.

  We attended the dinner and outdoor play. The good was less than average. They offered no sauce with pulled pork, rubbery green beans and mashed potatoes without gravy or butter. As far as the outdoor drama, it was 2 hours of my life that I will never get back

  The food was fantastic. The show was so moving and inspirational. The acting was beyond amazing and the show was high energy and so entertaining. Perfect for the entire family!

  Excellent. I have fond memories of seeing this show when I was younger, and the quality remains the same as it has ever been. It made me sad to see so many open seats when I went to see the show, and I wish more people would give it a shot. The book it is based on is also well worth your time.

  Dinner was not as advertised. Served mashed potatoes instead of roasted red potatoes. Some kind of cheese corn instead of corn on the cob and apples with oats instead of cobbler. Servers were rude when asked about change in menu. Show was long and draggy.

  We were supposed to see this on our last night in Branson. Since it was our last night, we were wanting something fun & special to do. However, when it looked like rain might cancel the show, we contacted Shepherd of the Hills & asked what options they might have. Well, they had ZERO options because "they won't cancel until 5:30." Try getting good tickets for another show after 5:30 on a Saturday night in Branson. It's tremendously difficult to get somebody on the phone to even get a refund for the canceled show. After 4 days and 2 phone calls and 2 messages, we STILL have not received a call back or a refund. This is not a well run organization. So disappointed.

  The dinner was fair. The food could have been hotter. The apple crisp was very dry. Chicken was good and corn and green beans were good. Pork was fair. The show was not that’s good for me. It was kind of hard to follow and also kind of he’s to hear. Mics should have been turned up more. Should not start so late. No necessary to have the show start at 8:30. We had a 2 year old and it was a late night for him.

  Communication and organization was lacking. Dinner was awful. Show was extremely slow moving. Did not keep our interest. Left during intermission. Complete waste of time and money.

  Great show for the entire family. My boys (ages 8 & 9) loved the shoot-out scenes. But they especially loved the sack race before the show began & they liked square dancing during intermission. I’d have given it 5 stars but our photo, that was taken prior to the show, apparently didn’t print so we weren’t able to purchase. And the food served during the dinner portion was just okay for the length of time we had to stand in line for it.
